Refund / Cancellation Policy
- - Refund is only applicable if customer has paid online and the ordered item is unavailable , delivery person is unavailable or merchant has some other issues. In that case Foodivry will ask customer to either select the other food item available or select for refund.
- - Order once placed cannot be cancelled at any cost. Foodivry or Participating restaurant reserves the right to cancel your order at any time , however we will send you a message regarding the cancellation of a order in that case immediately. Any payment made online will be refunded back into your account. However take note that refund will take 3-4 working days to process.
- - Please note that it might not be possible for Participating Restaurants to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, our Participating Restaurants or Foodivry will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
- - Refund will be proceeded either via paytm or directly into the bank account of a customer.
